City Council

The City Council consists of the 15 citizens who have made the largest number of donations to the City (both guard and city expansions) over the past four weeks. Since only the most recent donations are counted, the membership of the City Council can change regularly over the course of each game period. Only City Councillors can vote on decisions affecting the City.
